Masked Attacker Targets Nigel Farage Effigy
A sickening video has surfaced on social media showing a masked individual attacking a Nigel Farage effigy. The clip features a series of violent acts. The attacker drives a knife into the face and torso of the figure.
The footage further shows the individual strangling the Nigel Farage effigy before hoisting it from a tree. Once hanging, the figure is subjected to kicks and punches. The account behind the post was removed shortly after publication.
Mr. Farage has not yet commented on the footage. He spent the day in St Helens concluding his election campaign. This incident comes as the Reform leader intensifies his rhetoric on national security.
Farage Focuses on Border Security
Speaking recently, Farage identified illegal migration as a vital issue. He argued that tackling Channel crossings is essential for national security. He also claimed it would restore trust between voters and the Government.
Farage stated that Reform would solve the migration crisis within three months if elected. He believes the UK must leave the European Convention on Human Rights. He claims this step is necessary to "crack on" with removals.
International Discussions
The Reform leader also claimed to have held informal talks with France’s Jordan Bardella. Farage suggested using the Royal Marines to tow boats back to France. He believes this would stop the flow of migrants to Calais.
Farage also mentioned positive feedback regarding returns to Afghanistan. He argued he has achieved more agreements outside of Government than recent Prime Ministers. Despite the violent Nigel Farage effigy video, his campaign remains focused on these core policy promises.
